This illustration was inspired by the Jack London novel, The Call of the Wild. Set in the Klondike region of Canada, the story follows Buck, a St. Bernard-Scotch Shepherd stolen and sent to work as a sled dog during the Gold Rush of the 1890's. A great adventure story and well worth a read.

This illustration depicts a typical Alaskan scene and the palette really helps to capture the chill of winter. The three travellers are camped in an opening deep within the forest and are unknowingly in the presence of three wolves looking out from the shadows, the detail of which can be seen below.

This piece has been framed and printed at 4ft x 4ft and looks great on the wall. Get in touch with Rusty Designs if you would like us to turn a scene from your favourite book or movie into some cool wall art.
